So I'm currently working on a new podfic called "Hard Road" by Aleisha Potter and this is the podcover I've made for it as of right now. I like it, i think I'll keep it. I think it's fitting to the story.

Summary: Dean discovers a few truths about himself when he and Cas are forced to go undercover on a hunt to the very last place Dean ever thought he'd find himself: a gay resort, called "Last Hope", geared towards failing homosexual relationships.

It looks appropriate, right? I'm not done with the podfic itself, yet. I've done about 40% of it.

Okay, so I made some covers for my podfic, and wanted your feedback on them. It was kind of hard considering there aren't really images that GO with this particular story. Anyway, I think I like the colorful one more option, seeing as how they're all smiling and everything.

I'm definitely leaning more toward the second one, though it has nothing to do with the story either. lol If anyone would like to throw their efforts into the mix, you are more than welcome. I need more images to work with. As much as I like the second one, it's rather clearly J2M rather than DSC, you know? And it doesn't have anything to do with the actors, so the cover doesn't really work. I need promotional images or something with the characters. Hi-res images, or maybe pictures of the boys smiling or something, I dunno. Any great images you have would be awesome if you want to donate to the cuase or know of a great gallery I can shift through.

Also, as far as update goes, the chapter is both written and recorded, now I just have to edit it and add the music track. ^_^

Okay, so for those of you that read The path We Choose, I'm writing a one shot involving Becky and Savvy and them getting into a relationship, and I'm really kinda worried about offending those of you one here that I know sexuality is a sensitive subject. No one is homophobic in the story, no, but Savvy wasn't gay before she met Becky. Think Willow Rosenberg from Buffy before she met Tara. So Savvy is trying very hard not to freak out, but she has NO IDEA what she's gotten herself into and is just really, really struggling between moving in the relationship at a rate she's comfortable with and not knowing what she's comfortable with because she's way out of her element. And this is my first, and probably only, fem!slash fic and I'm not a lesbian so it's actually REALLY hard to write. I like regular slash way too much this is just really foreign to me.

So if you do read it, please don't be offended if I'm terribly inaccurate or if you think her reaction is unrealistic or something. This really kinda started as a writing exercise, but I don't want my inability to properly portray what I mean in my head onto paper to offend anyone. I would never, ever do anything like that. And if you read it after this post, you may look and me and wonder what I was making such a big deal over, and that's fine, I think I'm just more worried because of how hard of a time I am having with writing it. But that it's written from Savvy's POV, and she and I have about as much experience with having a relationship with someone of the same gender, which is to say absolutely no experience, I think I may be doing okay portraying her struggles.

Just wanted to give you the heads up, and after I do post it in a few days, I would love feedback if you do read it.
